Products purchased through www.noitsknot.com may be returned for a full refund within 10 business days following the date of purchase.
Conditions for Return
You may return a product purchased at www.noitsknot.com within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:
    •    You include all original packaging in like new condition,
    •    You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged like new condition,
    •    You include the product in undamaged like new condition, and
    •    You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.noitsknot.com within the above return period.
How to Return your Product
To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:
    •    Contact NoItsKnot at  noitsknot@gmail.com. You will be asked to provide: (1) your order number, (2) the product(s) you would like to return, and (3) the reason for the return. We'd love to hear your feedback!
    •    After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, please ship out from your nearest United States post office and upon return of the product we will refund your account for the initial purchase amount, the additional return shipping charge is not included.
    •    Please include the product and all required items listed above in the section "Conditions for Return." The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, date of purchase, and name of merchant (www.noitsknot.com/shop).
    
Refund Timing
No It’s Knot will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving a returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above.
